2024 Was an Amazing Year 🚀
We had a historic year in 2024, reaching milestones that cemented our place as a leader in Web3 gaming. Here are our favorite moments:
🌱 10M+ registered players—one of the biggest Web3 gaming communities.
🚀 $PIXEL Token Launch
The $PIXEL token launched with a bang in 2024, debuting on Binance at $0.50 and quickly surpassing $0.55 within 24 hours. With a circulating market cap of $450M and $1.5B in trading volume, $PIXEL outperformed many leading gaming tokens like Illuvium, Parallel, and Heroes of Mavia. This launch set a new benchmark for gaming token debuts.
🏆 Chapter 2 Debut.
Chapters 2 and 2.5 introduced deeper MMO-style progression, more rewards, and enhanced social features, making Pixels more engaging than ever. Dedicated players were given greater incentives with increased utility for $PIXEL, while community-driven mechanics strengthened social interactions. These updates were designed to refine gameplay, balance the economy, and create a better experience shaped by player feedback.
🎉 Unforgettable in-game events
Pixels continue to blur the lines between the virtual and real worlds. In 2024, we partnered with Binance for an immersive in-game experience at Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai. Attendees explored a virtual Binance Stadium, interacting with booths, livestreams, and fellow participants in Pixels. This followed our earlier success in hosting popular content creator CloudWhite’s virtual wedding, showcasing the limitless possibilities of Pixels as the home for the Web3 community.
👥 Spore Sports
In 2024, we launched Spore Sports, an event that shattered expectations and reinforced Pixels' shift toward social-driven gameplay. A $4 million $PIXEL prize pool created high-stakes competition and intense engagement. The event led to more $PIXEL burned than distributed, proving that well-designed competitive play can create sustainable in-game economies.
⛏️Ecosystem Expansion
The Pixels ecosystem expanded beyond the core game, with $PIXEL powering interconnected experiences across other titles. This year we announced our first publishing deal through Pixel Dungeons. In the first two weeks, Pixel Dungeons achieved a positive reward payback ratio — generated 654,400 in $PIXEL revenue & has only distributed 600,600 $PIXEL as a reward.
